MARKETING OF SUSTAINABLE BIOLIQUIDS

The company supplies electricity operators who own renewable energy production plants. Pure vegetable oils (ORP) of sunflower, rapeseed and soy, refined but not chemically modified, derive from the production of national supply chains that guarantee the traceability of the entire production process.

PRODUCTION OF ELECTRIC AND THERMAL ENERGY

The plant from 960 KW / h  currently in operation,in addition to producing electricity, it simultaneously produces thermal energy equal to about 960 kW / t every hour. The thermal is used to heat a greenhouse plant for the production of spirulina microalgae.

Recently a 20 KW / h photovoltaic system with a storage battery system to power the machinery of the spirulina microalgae processing laboratory, together with heat pumps for the heating of the drying ovens and for the heating / cooling of the same laboratories. The intervention was financed 50% by the Lazio Region with Funds OP EMFF 2014-2020 Mis. 5.69 "Processing of fishery and aquaculture products" Public notice n. 233003 of 19/03/2019 Cod. QUALITY

VGreen has the CoF qualification (Final Collector) and SGS Certificate for the issue of Traceability and Sustainability certificates.

The company has developed specific experience in the direct management of plants for the production of electricity from renewable sources.

RENEWABLES

We enhance the entire production system by recovering the thermal energy produced, in terms of heat, and therefore an energy saving of the entire production process.
